How it works
Rheza moves the deal. It never holds the money.
Onboard once, and every product runs on accounts and keys that belong to you. Licensed partners perform every regulated step. Contracts with fixed rules do the rest.
Onboard once
One verification of your business opens named accounts for the corridors its licensed partner serves, and a stablecoin wallet you control. A payment can become an escrow, an escrow can be financed, and the collection details on your invoices are the same ones that repay a financed deal. Nothing is set up twice.
Who does what
| Party | Role | Holds your money? |
|---|---|---|
| You | Hold your accounts and keys. Approve every payment. | Yes, in your own name |
| Licensed rail partners | Issue named accounts, convert currency, pay out. | Only as your account provider, in your name |
| Escrow contracts | Lock payment for a deal. Release on evidence. | Yes, under fixed rules no single party can change |
| Lending pool | Funds trade finance from depositors’ capital. | Its own depositors’ capital only |
| Rheza | Quotes, routes, structures deals, keeps records, co-signs evidence. | No |
Control, written into the design.
- 01
No omnibus accounts. Every fiat account is in your name, owned by you in law and in operation. Rheza cannot instruct it.
- 02
Your keys. Your stablecoin wallet is controlled by your own credentials. Rheza holds no key that can move your funds.
- 03
Fixed contracts. Escrows have no owner, no admin key and no upgrade path.
- 04
Independent evidence. Money releases on signatures from carriers, inspectors and counterparties. Rheza can never release money on its own signature.
- 05
Nothing trapped. Every escrow and deal runs on clocks, and always ends in a release, a refund or a ruling.
- 06
Audited and visible. Contracts are audited before launch, and every rate, fee and state is visible to both sides of a deal.
Regulated steps, performed by regulated firms.
Every member is verified before its accounts open. Account issuance, currency conversion and payout are performed by licensed partners under their own authorisations, in each corridor they serve. Because Rheza never holds client funds, there is no client-money pool sitting between you and your money.
Old way, new way
| Traditionally | With Rheza |
|---|---|
| A bank account per currency, opened country by country | Local details in each corridor a partner serves, from one onboarding |
| One bank’s FX spread, rarely visible | Several providers quoted side by side |
| Correspondent chains: days, fees deducted on the way | Stablecoin across the border: minutes, fiat only at each end |
| Large transfers refused to unfamiliar destinations | Named-to-named accounts that clear |
| An agent holds your money; you carry its insolvency risk | A contract holds it; no one can move it alone |
| Funds frozen in a dispute, waiting for a court | A named arbiter rules; the contract executes |
| One lender to produce, another for invoices | One facility, order to payment |
| Status chased by email, reconciled by hand | Every state live in the app, reconciled automatically |
