One layer across the corridors where real trade happens, so a payment settles the same way wherever the counterparty sits.
About Rheza
International trade still runs on institutions that each take hold of something: a bank holds the account, an agent holds the escrow, a factor holds the invoice. Every handover adds days, fees and a party whose failure becomes yours.
The tools now exist to run the same steps without the handovers. Accounts can sit in the business’s own name in the corridors a licensed partner serves. Value can cross a border in minutes. A contract can hold payment under rules nobody can bend. Rheza puts those pieces together for the businesses that move real goods: copper out of Zambia, steel out of India, goods into the United States.
One layer across the corridors where real trade happens, so a payment settles the same way wherever the counterparty sits.
Businesses hold their own keys and accounts. Rheza orchestrates the movement of value and never takes possession of it.
Every rate, fee and settlement state is visible to both sides of a deal before any money moves. Trust is a property of the system, not a promise.
Rheza is an Isle of Man company. It holds no client funds, operates no omnibus account and holds no key that can move a member’s money. Named accounts, currency conversion and payout are performed by licensed partners under their own authorisations.
Rheza was founded by Sam Dorrer, who has spent his career across fintech, offshore financial services and compliance, and sits on the board of Digital Isle of Man.
