Trade finance

One facility, from purchase order to final payment.

Draw against an order to produce. The advance converts into invoice finance when the goods ship. Your buyer pays your own account as normal, and never needs to know.

Two lenders, two applications, weeks of paper.

A supplier takes a bridge loan to produce, then refinances it with a factor once the invoice exists. Each lender runs its own credit committee, sets its own limits and wants its own documents. The factor tells your buyer to pay them instead of you.

Two-sided trade cycleBothFinance the whole trade when supplier and buyer are both members.

Approved once, checked every time

You and your buyers are approved once, with a limit. Each draw then goes ahead only when the evidence it needs, such as a purchase order or a carrier-issued bill of lading, has been checked.

One fee, fixed at draw

You see the full cost of each advance before you take it. No arrangement fees on top. The rate is not published yet.

Repaid from your own collections

Your buyer pays the collection details on your invoice. Those same details repay the advance, automatically and confidentially.

Cheaper when both sides are members

Closed-loop deals, where your counterparty is also on Rheza, carry the lowest rates on the platform.

Where the money comes from

Finance is funded by an independent lending pool of institutional and individual capital, administered by a third party. Credit is approved independently of Rheza and protected by member collateral, credit insurance and a reserve. Rheza originates and services deals. It does not lend its own money or hold yours.
